T4F makes sure that participants go through a rigorous curriculum led by successful IT entrepreneurs and specialists who work with us in cooperation. To get them ready for the competitions, the training gives them presentations, public speaking, and critical thinking abilities. Each participant receives a laptop for at-home practice as part of the learning process, which guarantees equitable learning opportunities. The top two winners of the competition get prizes. Also, T4F covers the costs for them to compete in additional international IT contests through grants.
